As a former Financial Controller at JPMorgan Commodities and a Project Finance Banker and Advisor at Piper Jaffray, Ian played an instrumental role in advising and financing the first commercial-scale end-of-life tire to carbon black plant in the USA. He holds an MBA from NYU Stern.

Dr Patrick Kroeger - CTO

Patrick is the co-inventor of Arduro’s technology and has extensive experience in engineering, procurement, fabrication, mechanical design, and equipment sales through his work at an Aereon Company subsidiary. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Louisville.

Joe Phelan - VP of Production

With over 20 years of executive operations leadership, Joe has worked with Fortune 100 companies such as GE and Philips, as well as mid-market private equity portfolio companies. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Phil MacLennan - VP of Process Engineering

With extensive technical leadership experience at major chemical companies like Nova Chemicals, Exxon-Mobil, and DSM, Phil has successfully scaled up processes from lab to commercial scale for projects worth up to $500 million. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from Dalhousie University.
